You can cancel an order before the dispatch of the item. If you cancel the order once the item is dispatched through our carrier, a nominal fee will be charged, which will be deducted in the refund.
- Product was damaged on arrival.
- Product delivered not as per order and described on our website.
- Defective Product received.
- In case of any issue, report the same within 24 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and its outer and inner packaging.
- Replacement or refund will be subject to the result of due investigation conducted through the logistics partners.
- Product will be re-shipped to you subject to authenticity of your claim and its availability, within 7 working days of approval of your claim.
- In case of non-availability of the product, refund will be initiated within 3 working days of approval of your claim for damage.
- Incident will not qualify for a replacement or refund if it is established that the product was damaged post-delivery to the customer.

- Only functional defects will be covered.
- Carton box and all original accessories should be available.
- No sign of damage, tampering, water log or user defects.
- Feature related problem not covered which are not in Specifications.
Shipping and handling fees of returned item are paid by seller if the return is due to the seller error (defective item/incorrect delivery) while the fees of change of mind return may be incurred to customer.
If the order which has been cancelled was placed at a special discount, under cash back, upgrade or any other offer, same offer benefit may only be availed on a new transaction if the offer is still running and the new transaction satisfies all conditions as per offer.
